We're working as quickly as we can to respond to each email personally. We used to answer all email within 24 hours, but we have had such overwhelming support (a great problem to have we know!) that we can't keep up!
Because of this, we just can't return phone calls in most cases. If we agree to an interview, we use email to schedule the phone call. So please make your initial communication to us via email. If you don't have email, you can snail mail us at the address below.

Hint: ask one question per email. If you send me a long email full of questions, it will soon get buried because I won't be able to find the time to answer it.
